This book has many useful lessons, among them the ability to let go of negative feelings by identifying their true source (me), how our need for approval takes control of us, & not allowing others to manipulate us by trying to live life the way we think they want us to live it. I took away these valuable thoughts, but had trouble with the overall book format. It is written like a transcript of a spoken seminar by a motivational speaker. I sometimes felt as though I was being yelled at. I tend to learn better from a "quieter" format.

This is a great primer on recognizing your own spirituality and becoming "aware" to life.
