While I am not Christian, and not interested in the bible verse or religious messages, the information on Candida is good and easy to understand. I didn't actually realize that this would have religious material in it, despite the title, because there are many different books with the name bible in it (i.e. The Indie Bible, Raw Foods Bible, Fairy Bible, etc etc). I think this is a concise start on curing candida and definitely recommend it, especially if you don't want to read a long, wordy book. This book is to the point and helpful!
