what an absolutely beautiful story. Evans did it again. I sat down and wanted to listen to this in one sitting, but didn't get the chance. I just wanted to reach out and hug Collin. Evans has a beautiful gift of writing about the human spirit. He does not disappoint.

I would give this a 6/10. It was heartwarming without using cheap drama in an attempt to make the reader cry. I listened to it on audiobook and it was an easy book to listen to. The plot was somewhat predictable but the character development was wonderful.

I didnt know it until I started listening to the 3rd book by Richard Evans that I had been picking his storys. I guess I really enjoy his writing. This story is no let down, heartwarming, and a good to the bone. If you like uplifting stories that make you feel good and you can enjoy with your family you'll love this one. My hubby even enjoyed hearing it.
