I really enjoyed this book, it was so much fun getting into the story and the characters. The tension and intrique was great, meeting the family and all that fun. Great family, fun to read book.
I have all her books in hard back but 2, There is nothing better on a rainy night than a warm cosy fire and a Johanna Lidsey Book. They are must reads all of them over and over again.
One of my favorite Mallory books, the great storyline with Danny as a boy and a thief is fast paced and has lots of tension. Well developed characters and plot. Another great Mallory book!
So I absolutely love the Malorys, but this wasn't one of my favorites. This one is about Jeremy and Danny. I have loved Jeremys character in previous books so I was looking forward to his story and also seeing more of James who is my favorite character. All in all not bad, but I think Lindsey has been leaving me dissapointed with some of the later Malory novels, this being one of them. James has been being portrayed in a light now that dosen't originally match the old James I originally fell in love with. Jeremy was great, but the story just wasn't the best. I've been wondering if Lindsey has even been writing some of the more recent Malory novels. They lack something some of the first ones had. I would definately say read it if you love the Malorys, but don't expect it to be as good as Regina, Tony, James or even Amys story.
I love the Malory Family and get excited whenever a new one comes out.
