This book was helpful and informative for anyone encountering premature menopause. I wish I had found it when I was first diagnosed! Written by an author who has POF, it is personal and professional at the same time. It addresses the issues for other reasons for premature menopause, not just POF. I highly recommend it.
Actually loved reading this book. Very imformative, easy to understand. More relevant information than statistic and numbers. Well written. Have referred others to this book as well.
