What can I do so that people don't order hardcover books for their free ones with the paperbacks?   I unfortunately had to put this when I had someone order a very thin children's book and then request very thick and large hardcover books for themselves.  I don't mind occasionally sending a hardcover with paperbacks if they are about even in size.  Also, what can I do to get people to just message me with their free titles instead of ordering everything and not sending me a message that they are ordering all of the books that they want and for me to return the credits?  I am not a mind reader to know this.
