This book has a main story (Tabloid Star) and an epilogue story. The first story is the more interesting one. I thought the premise was great. A bartender and a rising Hollywood star who gets blackmailed about being in the closet. The love story happened too fast. The two of them had lust. They didn't really spend enough time to say ILY as soon as they did. If m/m erotica bothers you by all means skip this book. It's pretty explicit as to what manly love is. I enjoyed reading about Josh's sister and her special needs son. It's not often in a story like this you come across a child with autism. I thought the author portrayed that aspect of the story with sensitivity and accuracy.

The epilogue story was much too sweet and predictable. It would have been better to leave that out.

I really liked the 1st story, Tabloid Star. The boys r great, sexy and manly! I love manly gay couples! Better for me personally ;) Ended all too sweet n sugary tho.

With this Ring, not really a fan of it. I got the idea, but it felt super sweet n tied with a bow. I wld have liked more depth, even for this short. Happy ending = good stuff!
