This is the 2nd in a series following Scot on the Rocks which continues Brooke's life and her relationship with Jack.
The book is funny and I did enjoy it, but many parts were predictable. But I suppose when you read a lot of books a lot of it will become predictable or you can at least guess where the story is going to go.
It is still a good read and I recommend it if you like chick lit. I would suggest reading the first book just to keep the storyline going

This book is the sequel to Scot on the Rocks but not nearly as good. I had trouble getting through it. The conflicts felt forced and predictable. The ending was the same. And the random Miranda didn't add much to the storyline at all. I really liked Scot on the Rocks so maybe I expected too much but this one just fell flat for me.
