The illustrations & expressions on the character's faces are great. So much detail that kids study the pages. Rhymes are fun on each page too.
I ordered this for my 7 y/o daughter after finding it on a list of books that were "great" for 2nd graders. She thought it was just ok. She read it once and never picked it up again.
