Didn't do very well food wise yesterday (too much sodium) and my numbers are up big time this morning. I'm 235.8 today which is 0.6 lbs more t more...

You know I think about how I treat myself, especially the self-talk when I don't eat in a manner I feel I should be doing, if trying to lose weight. I'd never talk to someone else like I talk to myself, or think bad about that person like I do of myself when I mess up. Do ya'll ever think about things like that? I think for me, I'm still so muc more...
