My best friend loves Ted Dekker and has read all of his books.  Any other author recs for  her??  If you have a specific book and it's on your shelf, I'd be willing to order it.  She is the manager of a Christian bookstore, but she is so busy she doesn't get to read much.  I'd love to surprise her with a book she can keep!!!!  She reads mostly from the store inventory and has to be careful with them because they go back on the shelf.  Most of her customers aren't into authors like Dekker, so they do not have things like that in inventory.

My husband reads Ted Dekker, and he also likes the following authors, so maybe they would be possibilities.

Bill Myer, T. DAvis Bunn, Frank Peretti, Joel Rosenberg, Tim Lahaye (Babylon Rising Series)

Here is a new author I just found and the description states that he is like Ted Dekker--Mark Andrew Olsen

Hope these give you some ideas.  There is also Grant Jeffrey, Larry Burkett and Oliver North.

She might enjoy Leviathan by James Byron Huggins, or some of his other books.  I've only read the one.
