Ingredients
  • - 1/3 c. oil
  • - 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • - 2 1/3 c. bisquick
  • - 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • - 1 1/2 c (3 lg) bananas
  • - 3 eggs
  • - 1 c. sugar
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan (9x5x3). Mix all ingredients.
Beat 1 minute. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
