Ingredients
Directions
1 rack of Baby back ribs @ serving
ginger ale to cover ribs
4-6 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Place the ribs in a large roasting pan, bone side down.
Salt and pepper to taste and add the garlic cloves. I usually chop my cloves.
Add enough ginger ale to cover the ribs @ half way.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated 300º oven for 3 hours.
Remove from oven and pan and let cool.
Finish up by putting them on the grill (bone side down) -medium high heat for @ 30 minutes, using your favorite BBQ sauce. No need to turn
