This is an excellent text designed to introduce Bible themes and prophecys in a simplified manner to children. My own children have read this book many times to themselves, to me and to each other. They have looked up the scriptures and proved to themselves that these teachings are in the Bible and therefore the teachings of god, not man. Great book for kids and wonderful hope for the future.

What I appreciated most about this book when I first read it as a child was that it put the entire Bible in chronological order, including events in the lifetime of Jesus. It made the Bible--an admittedly difficult book for a child to read, let alone understand--more understandable.
