I took a semester of Russian but don't really have the time for a weekly class. Any recommendations for books on learning russian? I'm pretty good with the alphabet and pronunciation but would love to learn more. I'd love to find them here but can order them through Amazon and BN.com as well.

Also- If someone had books in Polish, I'd love to hear about them.

There is a 2-volume set called Live From Russia that I like.It has a big fat paperback text (that you write in) and a big workbook that is also to be written in, a cd and a dvd too.So you watch the video, rea and learn from the text, listen to the audio CD. There is plenty to do, the stuff is paced easily and simply, an it's fun.
