I found this book at my local library and decided to check it out.
It has a lot of great recipes, I tried already about four or five and the cakes come out tasting amazing.
I do have to say, I was completely new to crumb cakes and did not realize the error when one of the recipes called for melted butter for the streusel and then I was expected to make crumb like texture when I added the sugar. I kept adding sugar and still no crumbs so I gave up and just pured it over the batter.
I would recommend ot though, it has recipes for snacking cakes, round cakes, loaf cakes, crumb cakes, angel cake, etc...
