One of Cook's earliest novels, this book is a shocker filled with twists and turns that will keep you glued to your seat, wanting to know what happens next. I was thoroughly satisfied with the plot and ending and did not find this book to be as predictable as some of Cook's others.

Coma is one of Robin Cook's best. It was also a great movie starring Michael Douglas.

Someone told me that if I truly enjoyed a good medical thriller and I liked the movie COMA to pick this book up. The plot is well written which make the characters believable, although a little shallow, which in turn makes the book fast and fun to read.
