THE Annual Payment of (.£1) becomes due in advance, on the first day of January, for the year 185O. Post-Office or Bank Orders for Subscriptions and Arrears are requested to be made payable here, as formerly, to the Secretary, Robert Pitcairn, F. S. A. Sc. To admit of early arrangements being completed for the printing and circulation of the Worts as speedily as is consistent with careful and accurate editorship, it is earnestly requested that all Subscriptions and Arrears may be promptly transmitted at the beginning of the ensuing year, and sent direct to this Office. Want of attention to punctual and early remittances has hitherto greatly retarded the Issues of the Books. Managers of Public, Parochial, and Congregational or Vestry Libraries, and Reading Clubs, are respectfully invited to consider the advantage of subscribing to these Translations. Parties wishing to make presents to Parish Libraries, Ministers, Students of Divinity, or private friends, would find these Works to be a very useful and acceptable gift.
