This book is about the Army Chaplain Henry Gerecke who almost lost 2 sons badly wounded in World War 2. He prayed for the Holy Spirit when he was offered the job of being the chaplain to the Germans on trial for atrocious war crimes in Germany. I believe that he was chosen by God. He also spoke German and was Lutheran which most of the defendants claimed to be. Before reading the book I had serious doubts if any of these men known for crimes to humanity would accept Jesus. All were thankful for the love and kindness shown them by Chaplain Gerecke and signed a letter saying so. But to my surprise many of them did accept Jesus. To my shock the No 1 criminal being tried had a wife and daughter who were Christians and begged him to repent and accept Jesus. This book I would rate 100+++.This is the best book that I have ever read.I will read it again. Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior? Please do not put it off.
