went to my account page to see if 2 books I ordered had been mailed or what their status was. But when I click on the "details" button for either order, all I get is a blank box......anyone else having this problem?

That happens to me occasionally, primarily when I am on my iPad. But I can check a few minutes later and it will work just fine...just a small glitch in my opinion.
