This is a very good book that explains the different kinds of dance, how to develop your own style, how to prevent and treat injuries, finding the best teachers and schools, launch a stage career, where to buy dance gear, make your age and body type work for you, and much more all written by professionals in the dance industry. This is a great book for someone just starting out that gives praactical and specific advice.
