This book taught me everything I know about ethernet networks! Because of this book I have successfully installed 3 different networks: one thin net coax, one twisted pari using a switch, and one connecting a switched network to a router connecting a wireless to a wired. The technology and concepts taught in this book are concurrent with today's standards and provides a bit of ethernet history.
