I'm thinking about doing a fantasy/science fiction challenge this year.  Found that I read 49 books in this area this past year so I'm thinking a challenge might be appropriate.   Anyone want to join me?   It would be a simple challenge - something like read five to ten books, comment on them and rate them.  Since I don't know how many I will read I'll just let the list emerge as I go.  I have three books on my January list with the first listed below.  So, let's put our lists here include our comments and rating.   1.  The Land of Elyon 1 the Dark Hills Divide by Patrick Carman, 1/7/2017, 4 stars.  This is a well written fantasy featuring a twelve year old girl as the leading character.  I enjoyed this tale and listed it as Children/YA because the girl is older at the books closing and the series continues.  She discovers a plot to take over the city where she lives, discovers how to talk with animals and uncovers a plot to take over the city.  I read books for yo more...

I can work into this challenge up to 12 books...like one a month... Enchanted, Inc. (Katie Chandler, Bk 1)Author: Shanna Swendson Loved this book. A light read definitely chick lit. A litt more...
