I just read Red's Hot Honky-Tonk Bar by Pamela Morsi.  I think it was my favorite Older Woman, Younger Man romance so far.  I actually enjoy all of Pamela Morsi's contemporaries, and very few others.  But this one is the best.

Which are your favorites?

Sleeping Beauty by Judith Ivory is the first that comes to mind.

Yes, Sleeping Beauty by Ivory is one of my favorites however the age difference isn't that vast. I also really enjoyed Jennifer Crusie's Anyone But You which does involve a large age difference.

it';s probably WILD OATS by Pamela Morsi but I loved loads of em like NOT QUITE A HUSBAND - Sherry Thomas and THE INVITION - Jude Deveraux.

an obscure one that I love is an old harlequin temptation by the unique Lass Small called MARRY ME NOT

I have an older woman romance shelf if u want suggestions on GR:

Love in Another Town by Barbara Taylor Bradford is probably one of my favorites. She is 44 & he is 29.

Sandi Shane's SWEET BURNING, an older Silhouette Special Edition. It's one of my favorite themes, have read a number of older women stories but this one is my favorite.

I was thinking that too, Brandy. :-) But it's only a 3 year difference, practically nothing at this point. When he was 18 it seemed a lot more significant.

Family Blessings by Lavyrle Spencer.  The man was the same age as her deceased son.

Suz Brockmann has a couple.  Nightwatch-aka Wild, Wild Wes-in her team10 series.  Britt is older than Wes.

#2 in Troubleshooters-Meg is older than Nils-The Defiant Hero.  by far my favorite secondary couple(who appear in several TS's) Molly is older than Jones-starts off in #5 TS Out of Control.

historicals-I know there's more but the only one I can come up with right now is the anthology "In Praise of Younger Men"-liked Jo Beverley's alot-it's the first in her "3 guys named George" series.....

I think Reed was younger than Miss Hattie in Courting Miss Hattie by Morsi as well. She did refer to him as her "plowboy". I read that book long ago, but now when I read that I just have to laugh to myself and makeup all kinds of things in my dirty old mind....lol.

I know, there is a 4 1/2 year age difference here, nothing now that we are both in our mid to late 30s, but when I met him and he was 18 and I was 24.......HUGE difference.....it really took a lot of thought for me to start dating him. Best thing I have EVER done.

The best I can think of are Not Quite a Husband by Sherry Thomas and Sleeping Beauty by Judith Ivory.  Suddenly You is pretty good, and and there's The Affair by Sandy Hingston.  I think it's a 5 heart favorite at TRR, but I only graded it something like a B+.  Susan Johnson has a couple too, but I forget titles atm...  I remember Brazen - which is one of the Braddock-Black books - but I can't remember what else.  Neither are favorites though.

The Next Best Thing by Kristan Higgins.  She's a widow, and he's her husband's younger brother.

Lol!  That's not Seton in the pic, Rebecca.  I think she got some guy working at a hot dog stand or something to pose reading a romance novel:P  And I know it, but already forgot what the novel was...

Rebecca - there is nothing to forgive :-) Lots of people make the same mistake. The avatar is a pic of a pretzel vendor reading LADY BE BAD by Candice Hern.
