Each double page spread contains a scene with lots of activity going on or a group of related items. Around the edges of the scenes are items labeled in Russian. Each labeled item also appears in the scene, so this foreign language book doubles as a "find the item in the picture" book. Scenes include a cutaway view of a house, a kitchen, a yard, a toolshed, a busy street, a toy store, a playground, etc.
