This is a good word book to read aloud to a child, although it was not a favorite with my children. Bert forgets the oatmeal in this book, which teaches the importance of making a list before going grocery shopping and also names many common items found at a supermarket for your child to learn. This book is cute and colorful and Bert and Ernie are as quirky as ever!

Really fun book. Helps children with reading skills, as well as list making skills. Fun to read aloud to little ones.
