"Iroshi", ("Woman warrior" in Japanese), knocked my socks off! I was really looking forward to this continuation of what I hoped would evolve into a saga. "The Glaive", while a good read, just didn't grab my attention and interest as "Iroshi" did. "The Glaive" wandered around with way too much dialoge but too little action. Ah well, hopefully there will be a third, more inspired follow-on.
