This left me in stitches. I was taking a trip with my husband to New Orleans and I splurged on first class. Wine and this book the whole way down were the perfect combination. I also found my one (and now only) margarita recipe in this book!

I really enjoy the SPQ books/audio. I think it adds another dynamic to hear Jill Conner Browne tell her story in her own voice.

The follow up to The Sweet Potato Queen's Book of Love is just as hilarious. A guide for how to go from being a Cute Girl to a Fabulous Woman. Includes topics such as: Dating for the Advanced, or Advancing; The Joys of Marriage - if you must; and More Delicious, Death-Defying Recipes. Enjoy!

I couldn't get into the first book and this one was probably not going to catch my interest either.

A hilarious narrative about a bunch of "real" southern women and their lively sometimes raunchy antics with recipes thrown in..it's not the Red Hat Society. It's laugh out loud and maybe one you should read in private if you tend to "snort" when you belly laugh!
