I am not sure if anyone reads this series but if you do have you ever made on of the recipes? I just finished Fudge Cupcake Murder and decided to make the Apple Orchard Bars. They are FANTASTIC!

I've made several of the cookies in the books and they are good.

I made the blueberry muffins once - they were good.  I also HAD to try grilled cheese with cream cheese after she talked about it in one of the books.  WONDERFUL!!  I have been craving something with apples, maybe I will give the bars a try.

I am excited that she decided to put together a cookbook.

Her "Too Easy Hot Dish" has become one of our favorites.  Super simple - in 11x7 baking dish layer ground turkey (press it into the bottom of the pan), 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 lb. tater tots and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.  Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.   Don't change any of the ingredient amounts - it does not work if you do-has a terrrible time cooking.

I also HAD to try the cream cheese grilled cheese.  It was really good.  I love cream cheese.  I can't believe I had never thought of that before.

Although I am not a big fan of these books, I do love reading recipes.  I made the "Chocolate Crack", a layer of honey graham crackers, a layer of toffee, and a layer of chocolate and it was easy and delish.  Break it up in to pieces.

I am making the same recipe with sheets of matzoh instead of graham crackers for Passover.
