Does anyone have any suggestions for great Christian fiction set during the 1920s or 1930s eras? Also if anyone knows of a website that has listings for different eras of historical Christian fiction I would really appreciate it.
Thanks |

I loved Leisha Kelly's series starting with EMMA'S GIFT. It was wonderful and showed how life was back in the Depression for two families whose lives intertwined. Great Christian read! Last Edited on: 10/24/09 4:56 PM ET - Total times edited: 2 |

Gilbert Morris has some House of Winslow that are set in the 20's and 30's, especially 30's. That series has always made the time periods come alive for me. Nancy |

Julie Lessman's Daughters of Boston series is set right before the first World War and she is still writing books about the family so I assume they will continue on into the '20s and '30s. They are really good. I highly recommend them! |

The first book in this series is Julia's Hope. The second book is Emma's Gift and the third is Katie's Dream. |
