Back of Book says; Little Two Feet wished he had a horse. "Little Two Feet," said his fahter. "You must think like a horse to find one. Go find one."
I Say: Published in 1966, this is an oldie but a goodie. The horse Little Two Feet finds needs the boy more than the boy needs him - but then Little Two Feet finds out the joy and responsibility of caring for a friend who needs him and also how much they need each other. The full page, pencil drawings are in tones of red and black and very evocative of the whole story
