I'm hoping whoever recently requested this book from me checks this forum...I was mistaken.  It is a very nice hardcover (I was thinking of the wrong book), not an advanced reader paperback and not a library book (so it should meet your criteria).  So if you want it...please re-request it.  If anybody knows how I can track this person down more easily and accurately...please let me know.  Thanks!
