What is everyone reading

I finished The Lioness by Chris Bohjalian. Set in 1964 Africa   Just okay for me.  I thought it dragged on

Still working my way through The Mirror and the Light by Hilary Mantel.  A bit slow going, but that's probably because I might have been delving into this series a bit too much!

Hi, guys! I recently finished listening to Where The Light Falls by Alison Pataki and Owen Pataki.  It was pretty good altough the "bad guys'" behavior got a little over-the-top and stereotypical "bad guy" toward the end with some of the dialogue.  I started listening to Boundary Waters by William Kent Krueger this morning.  Technically not HF, but it was included free with my Audible subscription until later this month, so I figured I'd better get to it.  I'm typically not a mystery person or a fan of anything other than HF, but I read the first book in the Cork O'Connor series since it's set in Minnesota, and I actually kind of liked it.

I'm still reading Time and Chance by SKP.  I should finish it this evening.  For some reason, it's taken me forever to get through this one even though I am enjoying it.

Hello!  I finished Time and Chance last week and then started Martha Peake by Patrick McGrath.  I finished listening to Boundary Waters by William Kent Krueger, and since the next (third) book in the Cork O'Connor series, Purgatory Ridge, was also free with my Audible subscription, I moved on to that today. I'd better hurry as this one also goes away on July 22.

Hope everyone is well and enjoying summer!
