On vacation in Hawaii I had my first taste of Thai food at an amazing restaurant in Waikiki called Keo's. Years later I found this book of recipes based on those used in the restaurant. Clear and easy to understand directions. The dishes I've made from this book were all so delicious that I added them to my usual dinner repertoire.
