Jim McNamara, insurance investigator is called in to investigate when a roadie takes a swan dive off a catwalk during Shirley Slaughterhouse's tour. The fanatical minister who holds demonstrations at his concerts, his drugged out girlfriend, any one of the many people that Shirley has offended or turned against him, could be any one of these trying to damage his career by murdering someone during his tour.
