Mrs. Davis out-did herself with this multicultural romance...I thoroughly ENJOY this entertaining ride with Heaven and Hamid...the dialogue is witty, funny and very entertaining...I could not put it down...the fire and passion between Heaven and Hamid just leaps off the pages...DEFINITELY like watching a movie...I so enjoy their HEATED verbal debates as well as their passionate, HOT and STEAMY make-ups...this novel is about more than their cultural and religious differences...it's about Heaven's past hurts and Hamid's male ego and pride...about finding a way to let go of their past issues to find a mutual compromise so they can stay together and both be happy...I ENJOY Heaven's slow transformation throughout the novel from constantly fighting Hamid at every step to FINALLY accepting her fate as his soul mate, yet not TOTALLY giving up the fiery, passionate, and opinionated woman that Hamid fell in love with...I love the closeness of Hamid and his family and the way they accept and make Heaven feel welcome. A HIGHLY entertaining read...you WILL NOT be disappointed!
