The ultimate tale of a dysfunctional family! This book has comedy, tragedy and a lot of heartwarming little stories going on. After having lost her mother and gone through a divorce, Lila is trying very hard to restart her life with her two daughters, each with issues of their own. She has a stepfather, Bill, who hasn't quite gotten over his wife's death, and is living with her to feel close to the family he inherited all those years ago. Enter the biological father, who left her when she was three, and all the issues he's having.... Just when you think this story is done-something else pops up. I had a good time reading it. And I love all her books!
