If you are tired of yo-yo dieting and want a plan that you can live with for life, this is it. It helps you determine your body type and what your protein-carb-fat mix should be to effectively lose [or maintain] weight while not feeling hungry or deprived.

It includes a detailed explanation of how our bodies have a "set point" that it strives to maintain [either at goal weight or at your overweight high point] and how to adjust the set point so that it maintains a healthy weight within your goal parameters.

It also includes a week's worth of sample daily menus for each of the three body types, and even recipes!

Being successful at losing weight and keeping it off has to do with a change of mind-set and following some simple rules that will not only help you with weight, but with reducing health issues that result from being overweight.

One of the best books on the subject I've ever seen. It worked for me, and it can work for you too!
