Question about finding out the first book in the St. Kilda Consulting series by Elizabeth Lowell.  I have looked through the site and cannot find the title of the book that was #1 in the series?  Can you help me with this?  None of the books #2, #3, or #4 reviews or more details tell which book may have been the first.  Do you know or have a way to find out?  Thanks in advance.

Stop! You're Kiling Me website lists mysteries by author, by character name, and they have several other "sorting" methods also. I always go there first if I have a question about mystery series....    http://stopyourekillingme.com/   You would just click on L under author index, find your author, click on their page and it lists what mysteries they've written, including books under pseudonyms.

Occasionally I come across an author that's not listed there, and then I check at Fantastic Fiction:  http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/  which is a more comprehensive site and includes sci-fi, fantasy, and mainstream authors also.

If I can't find the author at either of those places, then I check Amazon and/or Google.

Fantasticfiction.com is an alternative site I've used in the past, too. I love the You're Killing Me site, what a treasure trove of information!

I love the St. Kilda books. I've tried getting into some of Lowell's fiction/thriller types but the St. Kilda books are the only ones I fell into and couldn't put them down. Now I think I'll go back and try her previous big books and see what happens.
