Apparently they have gone out of business, but they had reall great receipes on the back of their packages.  I'm wondering if anyone out there saved any of them.  I had several on a computer, but the hard drive fried.  I am especially interested in one that was a chincen pasta salad with a dressing made of blended articholke hearts, sour cream (or maybe yoghurt) lemon juice and parmasan cheese.  I thinbk.  Any help would be appreciated.

This is going to be difficult to find recipes from the packages, as it looks like Medocino pasta is from China - their website is in Chinese, or those characters.

But I did find this - Chicken Pasta with Artichoke Sauce,  and Chicken Artichoke Pasta, and Chicken Pasta with Lemon Artichoke Sauce.

Maybe one of these will get you close.  Remember, you can alter any recipe to add what you like, like using some sour cream in a sauce or adding some lemon here and there.  Hope this helps.

Products from China, NO WAY.  I am avoiding products from Japan, after today' s news. The nuke plant from years ago, is leaking into water, fish supply, etc.
