1 potato makes a small zip lock bag full of chips. Wash potato and slice thin, madolin slicer works well for this. Place slices in bowl and drizzle oil over and salt and mix well. Place parchment paper on microwave safe plate, spray parchment paper with non stick cooking spray. Place potato slices on in single layer. Microwave for 3-5 min, time will vary depending on micorwave power. Chips need to be a golden brown or they will not become crisp. Once done, let cool for 30-60sec and place in bag. You can add pepper for a salt/pepper flav chip, or garlic powder, just try different fav flavs.
