Excellent book! Nestled in a quaint Minnesota town on the banks of the Missippi river is where this book takes place. Pinkerton agents are part of this book....and the book is divided into three sections starting with Constance Ward who's raising her 8 yr old niece and nephew, then moves into the net section about her former friend (who proposed marriage to her) and the final section speaks of Libby Ward, Constance's fifty-five year old widowed Aunt. Will Libby and her former childhood sweetheart, Spencer, come together? Mystery is always around the corner in this book and Constance's niece and nephew are always "detectiving" as aspiring Pinkerton agents! You'll enjoy this book!
