I couldn't finish this book. I got about 60 percent through. Enough to learn about the accident but not his recovery. He spends an exceptional amount of time talking about how much he loves his family. He returns to it again and again and really belabors it. At first it was just repetitive and a little annoying. But eventually it comes off as insincere. I have read enough celebrity memoirs to find a lot of them as insincere. You suspect that the agents must have to meddle. Anyway, with praising his family a constant thread, it really interrupts the flow of the story. It's too bad because there are moments of good writing. But not enough to overcome the rest. 1.5 stars.
