A "sweet" Love story. Even with a difficult business competition, two people can still fall in love!

Great Christian romance. Samantha is a candy shop owner & good samaritan. She nurses an injured stranger & invites him into her home...after breaking his foot. The stranger has a secret - his family's confectionary chain will put Samantha's small shop out of business.

This story is delightful. Really it's been told before, but this fresh rendition is so charming. I thought about it alot afterwards. That's when I know a story is a good one. I loved the ending - I laughed and cried. I would recommend it.

A cute story about a small "mom & pop" store owner about to be taken over by a "chain" store. Believable and sweet.

What a wonderdful setting this book has-a candy shoppe! Samantha helps nurse the injured Richard, who is actually her small candy shop's big time competition! He falls in love with her and has to find a way to break his news to her without having her run. A sweet story for sure. And you really learn to like the characters!
When candy shop owner Samantha Hampton nursed an injured stranger and invited him into her home, she thought she was being a Good Samaritan - after all, it was the least she could do after breaking his foot. Richard Moore's charm put her at ease and made her heart pound. But Samanatha didn't know she was aiding the enemy!
Richard Moore had no more control over his attraction to Samantha than he did the fact that his family's confectionary chain would put Samanatha's small shop out of business. Despite being her competition, Richard had no intention of breaking her heart. Would Samantha forgive him when she learned the truth of his idenity?
