1C. FLOUR, 1/2TSP. SALT, 1C. MILK, 2 EGGS, BEATEN, 1 TBLSP. MELTED BUTTER. BEAT TOGETHER FLOUR, SALT, MILK, EGGS, AND BUTTER TILL MIXTURE REACHES THE CONSISTENCY OF HEAVY CREAM. POUR INTO GREASED MUFFIN TINS OR POPOVER TINS, BAKE AT 425 FOR 35-45 MINS. REMOVE IMMEDIATELY FROM PANS AND SERVE.
