This was a very sweet story, a little repetitive at time, with a fairy tale'ness to it but I did enjoy it.

****Spoiler***** I believe the fairy taleness comes into effect mostly when Erik interacts with Christine and Raoul. Their conversation seems to be a little unrealistic, but since I am a happy ending kind of person, I liked it. Those who tend to like more realistic books and enjoy the angst between characters may not find it as an effective way to obtain resolution to the horror that happened in Paris.
