This is one of the coolest horror novels I've read in a long time. Reads like a really fast-paced crime novel so you won't be able to put it down. Hands down this book has the greatest ending for a horror novel EVER.

Heard alot about this one but was not prepared for the horribly graphic sex and violence. There is nothing left to the imagination and the reader is forced to see every depraved act of a brutal serial killer repeated over and over. Rape, torture, murder, animal torture, sex... Saying this is not for the squeamish is an understatement.

The concept of this story is not one I've read before....A killer with the ability to resurrect his victims only to kill them again and again. But the rape and gore overload was just too much for this reader.

To be fair, I should add that even though this genre of horror is not for me, there is still a huge market for it. If this is the type of book you like, you will probably love this one. And as others have pointed out, the ending quite the kick-in-the-gut surprise.

I almost gave up on this book. Though the concept was brilliant, the characters were one-dimensional and carried on stilted, unbelievable conversations. I'm glad I stuck it out to the end, for one of the best endings in a horror novel that I've ever read.
