One of the best books I've ever read, at least for fiction. Until I ended the book. It had the worst ending ever! It pretty much just ended. No explanation of what happened, why the returned came back, what the reason was for them being the way they were and why some of them acted a certain way and others did not. There were other mysteries throughout the book that were never answered also, if you read the book, you will see how it expects you to come to your own conclusions about it all. That was the worst part. Other than that, this book literally kept me focused for the two days it took me to read it. I couldn't put it down and spent every minute reading it just to get to the end to find out what really happened. You'll see...I do recommend (highly)that you read this book, however. It is worth the money and its a great book to read when you need the time to pass quickly. It just has a crappy ending. I am sure you're like me in this aspect: you've watched a lot of great movies and a lot of great books that you would definitely watch/read again except for the fact that the ending was terrible. This is one of those books. But you decide for yourself. Maybe you'll like the way it ends! :_)
