I know at one time it was possible to suggest a book to another member but I can't seem to find that feature anywhere. Is it still a feature?

If the book is posted on your shelf, it is on the right side of the list. Select the button 'Suggest this Book' and a list of your friends will pop up with 'Suggest book' buttons to the right..

If it's not on your shelf, go to the book information page and from the drop down list choose 'Suggest this Book'. Your friend list will pop up from there.
