Does anyone else find it utterly ridiculous that the 'web folks' who run PBS website offer prompts to paid subscribers on how to manage our computers? This from people who are unable to keep the website up and running with frequent glitches, outages, problems, outdated technology, sloppy monitoring, etc etc etc. Personally I find it insulting to finally get back online after a series of 'problems' including seeing that the web security is out of date - only to get a gentle reminder that someone else knows better than me how I should manage my own equipment. Take a coffee break and fix what you've got not working on your own sloppy website.
